These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nifty-little.tools and all of its tool subdomains (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What We Offer

nifty-little.tools provides a collection of free, single-purpose web utilities (generators, calculators, converters, and similar tools). Most functionality runs entirely in your browser. Some tools offer an optional one-time paid upgrade for additional functionality (for example, generating multiple result lines at once).

2. No Professional Advice, No Guaranteed Outcomes

Tools on this Site — including any number generator, randomizer, or calculator — are provided for entertainment, convenience, and general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind, and no tool predicts, influences, or guarantees any real-world outcome. Where a tool relates to games of chance, all generated results carry no greater or lesser probability of any outcome than any other combination.

Tools on this Site are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any specific brand, company, or organization unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or place excessive automated load on the Site or its infrastructure (including scraping, bulk automated requests, or bypassing rate limits);

4. Premium Features & Payments

Some tools offer an optional, one-time paid unlock for additional functionality. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for these transactions — meaning your purchase is made with Lemon Squeezy, subject to their own terms and applicable consumer protection laws, not directly with nifty-little.tools.

Premium unlocks are currently tied to your browser on a specific device (not to a user account). Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or switching devices may require re-purchasing access.

If you're not satisfied with a premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us via the Contact link below — no questions asked. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and processes payments via Lemon Squeezy. These third parties may collect and use information under their own privacy policies and terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and cookie use.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and original content of the Site are owned by nifty-little.tools unless otherwise noted. You may use the tools for personal or business purposes, but may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Site's underlying code or design without permission.
